The following is a list of those 4 tricep exercises, Tricep Extension, Single Arm Tricep Extension, Single Arm Tricep Kick Back, and the Single-Arm Tricep Pulldown.  Let’s talk about your arm muscles. The arm is comprised of several different muscles but the primary muscles that people typically focus on strengthening are your biceps and triceps. The biceps sit on the top of your arm and the triceps sit on the bottom side of your arm.  If your goal is to tone and strengthen your arm then you need to make sure you are incorporating exercises that train the biceps and triceps. This workout is all about training your triceps.
